But isn't it interesting to know there exists an official, fill-in-the-blanks, proforma for dangerous mail boxes? A friend also received one for an "unsafe" box, but not in the sense of razor sharp edges - it was just in an area that had suffered from "letterbox theft" (the boxes or the mail itself, I now wonder?) and she should consider a lock...
